Vacancy: Care Worker

We have both full and part-time work available organized in typical shift patterns; with some weekend and night work also available. Our service users have mental disabilities and learning difficulties and will require some elements of personal care support. Although, no formal academic qualification is required a level 2 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent is an advantage. Besides, having the ability to really get to know those you support, be respectful, and caring, listen to, and understand someone’s aspirations & life preferences to support them to be happy & fulfilled is essential. Perks and benefits:

Salary: £21, 730 per year plus bonuses or earn up to £450 weekly 28 holidays (including your birthday off) plus the length of service bonus holidays
